Like on 15th August - India's independence anniversary - when he 'stormed' into ONGC headquarters in Dehra Dun for his first national flag hoisting as chairman, dressed in the olive green uniform of the (reservist) Territorial Army, the epaulettes of a 'Major' and locks of hair peeping from underneath a peaked cap....
